Innosecco is the world's first company to achieve mass production of 8-inch silicon-based gallium nitride. As early as the end of 2017, the company successfully built the world's first 8-inch gallium nitride production line and launched a full line of products from low voltage to high voltage. . After the first phase of the Suzhou project is put into production, the production capacity is expected to reach 6,000 pieces/month by the end of 2021. After the project is fully put into production at the end of 2022, the Suzhou plant will achieve an annual production capacity of 780,000 pieces.
